1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this site or the 3D quote tool you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please stop using the quote tool and write to us on WhatsApp at +57 301 258 5760 to clear up your questions before moving forward.
2. The 3D quote tool and the estimated nature of the price
The 3D quote tool calculates an estimated price from the measurements, material and features you enter. It is a reference tool so you can decide with information in hand — it is not a binding offer or a manufacturing contract.
The final price is confirmed only in the formal quote, after the technical visit, when we verify the real measurements of your space. The quote tool price may differ from the final price if the real measurements differ from what you entered, or if the space has conditions an online form cannot see (for example, walls out of square, or fixtures that interfere with the design).
3. Technical visit and formal quote
After you receive your estimated quote, we schedule a technical visit to take real measurements. The visit has a fee that depends on your area and is confirmed on WhatsApp when you book. With those measurements we deliver the formal quote: what you approve there is exactly what gets built.
4. Manufacturing, lead times and installation
We do not publish fixed manufacturing lead times: they depend on workshop load and on the cutting schedule with our industrial provider. The estimated timeline for your project is confirmed in the formal quote, not before.
Installation is included in Medellín and the metro area. Outside that zone we also work (Rionegro, for example): there is an additional travel fee for the installation team, quoted together with the project.
5. Warranty
1-year warranty on installation: it covers doors and drawers that fall out of adjustment through normal use. It does not cover damage from impacts, moisture or mishandling. The warranty applies to furniture delivered and installed by us, counted from the installation date.
6. Ownership of designs
The design you build in the quote tool (measurements, layout, materials) is yours for the purposes of your project. We may use photographs of the furniture once built and installed, with no data that identifies you, as part of our project portfolio — if you would rather we did not, tell us and we will respect it.
7. Use of the site
You may use the quote tool and the site to explore and request quotes for custom furniture. Using the site for any other purpose is not allowed, nor is attempting to access restricted areas without authorization (for example, the admin panel).
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute not resolved directly between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our practices or the applicable regulations change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
