We reply within the timeframes set by Colombian law:

Queries: at most 10 business days from when we receive it.
Claims: at most 15 business days; if we cannot make it, we tell you why and give you the new date (no more than 8 additional business days).

6. Security and retention

We keep your data in our database while there is a commercial relationship with you or while it is needed for the purpose that originated it, and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example, for accounting purposes). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (restricted access, backups) to protect it against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our site does not use third-party cookies or analytics that identify you — we do not track your browsing across sites. What we do is measure how the site is used with our own anonymous analytics, without cookies and without identifying you: we count which parts of the page get used (which pages are visited, which furniture and materials people try in the 3D quote tool) in order to improve it.

That measurement works like this: your browser keeps a random, short-lived identifier that is erased when you close the tab — it is not a cookie, it does not persist across visits or sites, and it does not say who you are. What we record is anonymous usage events (for example, that a session tried a material), stored in our own database without going through third-party services and only ever looked at in aggregate (how many sessions tried a material); they never include your name, your IP address or any other personal data. At most we store the country you visit us from. We exclude our own team from the counts, and raw records are automatically deleted after twelve months.

The site uses a single first-party, functional cookie, javela_locale, which stores your language preference (Spanish or English) when you choose it with the switcher or when we detect it from your browser. It does not identify you or track your browsing: it only remembers the language, lasts at most one year, and you can delete it from your browser whenever you want.
